When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of infant products, we accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Please contact us before returning an item.

Order changes

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change to your order, please reach out as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate requests before an order ships.

Gifting

Can I send this as a gift?

Yes. Orders can be shipped directly to the recipient. Pricing information is not included in the package.
