Nurture Works was born from my love of pediatrics, education, and sewing. What began with a sewing machine for my 15th birthday evolved into creating baby clothes that merge my lifelong passion for sewing with my work as a pediatric nurse practitioner. I noticed that many families wanted to dress their newborns, but traditional infant clothing often made it difficult for providers to perform physical exams. This sparked the idea for the PeaPod-a sleep sack that is fashionable, practical, safe, and developmentally appropriate. Nurture Works reflects my experiences as a provider, educator, and mother, and I am excited to share thoughtful, meaningful pieces with families everywhere.
